Andrea Holguin

Spanish, Life Science, Physical Education and Health Instructor

Ms. Holguin was born in Bogotá, Colombia, and moved to the United States 20 years ago. She has been working with adolescents for over nine years and has helped start and develop new programs for middle and high school students after receiving her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Kennesaw State University. For the last 15 years, she has called the field of education her home. Ms. Holguin has served school communities in many different roles over the years such as enrichment coordinator, Spanish teacher and coordinator, cultural studies coordinator, and extracurricular coordinator.  She is currently teaching the IB Middle Years Program and serves as a Girls Scout Leader.

Ms. Holguin loves to travel with her family and discover new cultures; she enjoys seeing the world and showing it to her daughters, Emma and Amelia. She strongly believes that we are citizens of the world and that we should educate ourselves and others to understand different languages and cultures. She is most excited to apply her skills and experience to guide and help students thrive at Endeavor International School.
